ITIL award: The University of Alberta's AICT (Academic Information and Communication Technologies) team recently won Pink Elelphant's Information Technology Infrastructure Library Project of the Year award for its rapid implementation of ITIL. Project and portfolio management: IT Services at the University of Lethbridge has selected AtTask Inc. as the vendor of their new project and portfolio management (PPM) tool. This product was selected after requests were sent to 14 different vendors. They expect to go live with the new PPM on April 1 of this year. PPM at Lethbridge

Technology enriched learning environment: The University of Ontario Institute of Technology has published a brochure summarizing the IT support provided to their teaching and learning environment.
