Encouraging the move to VoIP: Carleton University has been in the process of moving to VoIP telephones over the past five years. The project is 90% complete and the University would like those remaining users to migrate to the new phones. Spotting SPAM: Information Technology Services at the University of Toronto has posted a Facebook update on how to spot SPAM messages. The post shows how to hover over links in suspicious messages to identify email addresses that are not authentic. Finding fake links
